Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Due to demand, the velumā mask currently ships with an estimated delivery time of 2–3 weeks (to all domestic US customers). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2 Business Days (Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays).
• Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, and the shipping method chosen. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to domestic US customers. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@velumaskin.com within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

Incorrect Address
